How much is the application fee and are they refundable?

Each applicant 18 years of age & older must complete a separate application & pay the $45.00 application fee. This fee is non-refundable and covers the necessary background and credit checks.

How much are the security deposit?

The security deposit varies by apartment sizes and feel free to discuss it with our leasing agent. Unlike the application fee, the security deposit is fully refundable and will be returned to you the month after you move out less any costs associated with damages, cleaning, or unpaid rent.

How long is the lease agreement?

We offer a 6 or 12-month lease that will suit your short or long-term needs.

What should I bring to tour the apartment?

You will need a valid picture ID such as a driver’s license or passport to tour the apartment.

Is Renter’s Insurance Required?

Yes, renter’s insurance is required. For coverage details, please contact our leasing agent.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, please check with our leasing agent for our pet policy.

Can I pay my rent online?

Of course, please refer to our resident portal for online payment.

Do you have any furnished apartments available?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any furnished apartments.

Do you offer any resident referrals program?

Yes, we offer rent credit for any resident referrals. The applicant must be approved by management, sign a 12-month lease, and they must indicate your name at the time they apply for their apartment.

How much notice is required to end my lease?

A written 30-day notice is required to end your lease. Example: your lease ends on 1/31 and you wish to vacate that day. We need to receive your written notice to vacate by 1/1.
